The RTP you actually get
This is the part most pages about this game get wrong, and it is the single most useful thing to know before you play it. Pragmatic Play does not ship one game with one return. It certifies the same title at several different RTP settings and lets each casino choose which one to license. The game looks identical either way — same symbols, same features, same maths on screen — but the money is not the same.

Worth flagging a genuine disagreement: while Pragmatic Play and most reviewers present 96.50% as the headline, two databases display 95.51% as the setting most operators actually run. If that is right, the version you are most likely to encounter is not the one advertised — which is precisely the argument for reading the paytable rather than a review.
One database also claims versions running as low as 89.51%. Nothing else corroborates that, so we are not treating it as established.
How to check which version you are playing. Open the game’s information or paytable screen at your casino and read the RTP stated there. It reflects the build that operator licensed. If a casino does not display it, that is itself worth knowing — and in most regulated markets the operator is required to make it available.
How the game works
Eight or more matching symbols anywhere on the 6×5 grid pay, in bands at 8–9, 10–11 and 12–30 symbols. Winners are removed, symbols drop to fill the gaps, and tumbling continues with no limit until a drop pays nothing.
Multiplier orbs — winged hearts here rather than Zeus’s glowing spheres — land at random carrying values from 2× to 500×. In the base game they take no part until the tumble sequence ends, at which point every visible orb value is summed and applied once to the whole sequence’s win.

Free spins
Four or more scatters award 15 free spins, with the scatters paying 3×, 5× and 100× your bet for four, five and six. Three or more scatters during the round add five more spins.
The persistent multiplier
Inside the feature the orbs stop resolving per sequence and start accumulating. A running total is displayed and carried for the entire round, and every win from that point is multiplied by it. It does not reset between spins, which is why a feature that looks dead can still end well.
Bonus buy, ante bet and what they cost
The ante bet adds 25% to your stake, puts more scatters in play to roughly double the trigger rate, leaves the RTP alone, and disables the buy while active.
The buy costs 100× stake and is documented as running at 96.50%, the same as the top base setting. Unavailable in the UK and on German-licensed sites — in the UK the ante bet is removed as well.
Where the game plays differently
United Kingdom
UK-licensed casinos strip the feature buy out of this game entirely — the Gambling Commission treats buying a bonus as incompatible with its remote technical standards, and has done since 2019. Autoplay and turbo spin are also gone, spins take a minimum of 2.5 seconds, and since September 2024 stakes are capped at £5 a spin, or £2 for players aged 18 to 24. Demo play is available but only behind age verification.
Germany
Germany’s state treaty regime removes the buy feature, bans autoplay and imposes a roughly five-second minimum spin. The per-spin stake cap, long fixed at €1, was raised in July 2026 to €3 for players over 21 and €5 for players showing no risk markers over the preceding 90 days.
On this title UK players lose both the ante bet and the buy, leaving the base game and naturally-triggered free spins.
